“Being with Refugees” screens to unite Canada & Italy and fundraise in support of Syrian refugees, on the 10th year milestone of the Syrian Civil War (March 15th).
Join us on Monday March 15th 2021, as audiences across Canada and Italy will unite through the virtual screening of Ludovico De Maistre’s film “Being with Refugees”. On this important date that marks 10 years from the outbreak of the Syrian Civil War, Movies Move Us will host a 1 week event involving the virtual screening of the film and live Q&As with the filmmaker to educate communities, empower organizations at the forefront and inspire future leaders on the delicate topic at hand. We care to mention that the event will also allow to directly donate to Lifeline Syria, devoted to the immigration of Syrian refugees in Canada.
Join us in this collective, international reunion in support of Syrian Refugees around the world, 10 years after the beginning of what has dramatically changed their lives.
